Laurentiu Mandu is an experienced Executive, with a solid track record in driving digital and business transformation initiatives.
Laurentiu is currently Managing Director leading the business of Capgemini on the Romanian market. Previously, he has held various leadership roles in local, international and regional assignments; he has a strong background in Professional Services and Telecommunications and significant experience in Retail and Distribution, Pharma, Oil and Gas.
Having served as Group CIO for Rompetrol and as CIO for Vodafone Romania, UPC Romania, UPC Hungary, A&D Pharma, he has led significant initiatives enabling and transforming businesses by harnessing technology capabilities. During his tenure as CIO he has driven restructuring and re-organization processes for IT functions and at the same time promoted technology adoption to achieve business-technology alignment.
Laurentiu is a board member and co-founder of CIO Council Romania.
