Having more than 20 years of IT experience, George Lazăr was more than 10 years IT Director in 2 Romanian banks. George coordinated numerous complex IT projects, mostly in the banking industry. His expertise covers both IT and business areas: strategic planning, banking processes, application development, security, critical infrastructure, budgets, risk analysis, project management and people management and so on.
He has a bachelor degree in Mathematics (from the University of Mathematics in Bucharest - in French Language), a bachelor degree in Statistics and Informatics (from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies) and an MBA degree from City University of Seattle (România).
George is a Board Member of CIO Council since 2012.
