Description
Bucharest: North Area
We are looking for a Civil Engineer for continuously growing our construction project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should handle the execution of structural works and preferably after
the structure is done, finishing works in the assigned project/s
- To be the engineer responsible for the assigned project/s
- Follows the work schedule to ensure that the project will finish on
time
- Organizes, guides and coordinates subcontractors and teams
- Monitors performance and quality of the works
- To carry out technical supervision of Structural & Finishing works at
all stages to ensure that the works are done according to the drawings/design.
- In case needed, to find and implement solutions for the details or
problems occurring during execution
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any
Construction related discipline.
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in Residential Projects.
- Fluency in Romanian and work/sitting permit (if you are not Romanian)
are compulsory.
- Knowledge at AutoCAD and MS Office (excel and word)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
