Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to build and nurture the communities around their real estate projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about community engagement, social media, and event management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing people together. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance tenant engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and cultivate a vibrant, engaged community within our spaces.
Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring an impactful presence across all channels.
Key responsibilities:
Community Building & Engagement:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies for dynamic real estate projects that blend office, retail, and social experiences.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and tenants, partners, and local communities.
- Organize tenant engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Develop initiatives to create a strong sense of belonging among tenants, employees, and visitors.
- Respond to community feedback and create solutions to improve engagement.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute events, including concerts, stand-up comedy shows, cultural activities, and networking events.
- Collaborate with artists, performers, and event organizers to curate a diverse events calendar.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and promotional activities for all events.
Marketing Support:
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in marketing initiatives, including branding, PR, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies, graphic designers, and content creators to develop promotional materials.
- Support internal and external communication efforts.
- Coordinate existing and upcoming collaboration with all marketing suppliers: Contracts and invoice management.
Qualifications and experiences required
- 2+ years of experience in community management, marketing, event planning, or social media management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Self-driven, proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach;
- Networking and influencing capability;
- Think out of the box
- Advanced English knowledge.
