Description
We are looking for a strategic and results oriented Product Manager to lead marketing efforts of Eye Care and Skin Pure portfolios. This crucial role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, support sales growth, and uncover business opportunities in a B2B healthcare environment.
The incumbent will manage the entire marketing lifecycle for medical devices targeting ophthalmologists, dermatologists, pharmacists, and general practitioners, ensuring strong market presence and clinical adoption across both therapeutic areas.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the product expert for the company’s medical device portfolio, providing specialist support to the sales team.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow sales volume, value, and market share, in synergy with other business units and departments.
- Contribute to achieving annual and long-term sales objectives, optimizing the product mix within the assigned portfolio.
- Manage the company’s full event portfolio: from participation strategy and booth activities to logistics, vendor coordination, and complete execution of internal events and national congresses.
- Attend professional events and promotional meetings to enhance the company’s image and stay informed on market demands and opportunities.
- Prepare regular market analysis reports, including product performance, product mix reviews, profitability analysis, etc.
- Identify market risks and opportunities, including through competitive intelligence and strategic analysis.
- Track and assess product/service performance and deliver customer, market, and competitor insights.
- Create product presentations, promotional materials, medical brochures, and patient education content, offering full support for product portfolio management.
Requirements And Skills:
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Relevant experience in the medical devices market, preferably in dermatology, plastic surgery, or related fields.
- Ability to build effective networks both within and outside the organization.
- Strong capacity to understand and confidently communicate complex medical concepts, offering expert training and product guidance.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to apply them to meet customer needs.
- Willingness to engage in continuous self-directed learning in both clinical and marketing areas.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Business maturity and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Team-oriented, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to finding the best business solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
