Senior Financial Controller – Harghita

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Controller will play a key role in providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections.
• Analyse financial performance and identify trends, variances, and financial risks.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Strategic Financial Guidance:

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to evaluate financial impacts of new projects or initiatives.

System and Process Improvement:

Lead the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Master´s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
