Cherré Benoit is a professor in Human Resources and Organization Department at the Business School of University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM). He holds a Ph.D. in Management dedicated in Business Ethics. His research interests are mainly at the crossing of two fields – the business ethics and organizational behavior – which known as ethical behavior. Its research and his teaching based on this scope include different subjects as ethical dilemma, ethical decision-making process, Ethical leadership, Ethical change management and the meaning at work. He has published articles in academic journals on these topics and participated in international congress in three continents. He also teaches courses in organizational behavior and applied management ethics. His teaching has taken him to Morocco, Senegal, Gabon, Hungary, Czech Republic, France, Greece and Romania. He has been also head one of MBA program and participate in diverse program the Master of Science program (M.Sc.) at his business school. He is also an assessor for the Ethics Committees of the student research projects involving human subjects for the university. It also provides training on the ethical decision to professionals and especially the leaders of human resources. He is a member of the Order of Advisers Certified Human Resources Professional in Quebec. He has both citizenship Canadian and French and he is often working in an international context.
