Head of ING Regional Information Risk Management Centre

Florin Costache is the Head of ING Regional Information Risk Management Centre, leading a team of risk professionals which are providing Information (Technology) & Continuity Risk services – which consist in monitoring, challenge and advice regarding the implementation of IT Risk & Continuity key controls in local or regional applications, projects and business initiatives – to various ING entities;

Prior to his current role, Florin headed the Information Risk Management team of ING Bank Romania where he was responsible for IT, Continuity, Personal and Physical Security sub-risk areas, including full scope of Cyber Crime risks (APT, DDoS & E-banking Fraud);

Florin has more than 14 years of experience in Risk Management domain, and he holds multiple international certifications, such as ISACA CISM, (ISC)2 CISSP, (ISC)2 CISSP-ISSMP, Offensive Security OSCP & CompTIA Security+
