Talent Acquisition Lead, Arctic

Maria is a plus 10 years professional with background in HR Consulting field and Consumer Goods industry. She developed her expertize in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

Maria studied Applied Modern Languages and has a Masters Degree in HR Management, both from University of Bucharest.

Maria joined Arctic in June 2017 as OD Specialist and grew to Recruitment Coordinator in charge of the recruitment team covering all Arctic locations. Currently is Talent Acquisition Lead overseeing the TA and Employer Branding activities, as part of the HR Center of Excellence team in Arctic.
