Pre-MBA program

The program is targeted on middle/senior managers who consider the business education a priority, but do not enter a long term MBA program. During each edition (seven months in length), there will be „open” sessions: „Situational Leadership II, Managing Yourself”, „Nextep: Leadership Development for High Potentials”, „Nextep Advanced”, and a series of four workshops, with Adrian Stanciu, Silviu Hotaran, Alain Cardon and David Pilbeam as facilitators. This year’s theme is „The Executive Contribution: from Power-Playing, to Alignment”.
